We help people feel good, do better, and find solutions.  Kenneth Young Center’s compassionate professionals help people of all ages overcome life’s challenges and achieve their goals through personalized behavioral health and older adult services.

Mental health concerns span a range of intensity. People may need guidance to get through a difficult time in life (like a divorce, loss of a job, money problems). Some benefit from an intervention to cope with a situational depression or bout of anxiety. Others have serious mental illness – brain disorders like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder that require ongoing support and medication to manage the illness. Whether for a short-term support or long-term therapy, KYC is here to support clients regardless of their ability to pay for services.

Kenneth Young Center works hard to keep all services affordable and accessible to everyone.

Many of our services are reimbursable using health insurance.  If you would like to check your eligibility and would like to know the exact coverage and costs, it is best to check with your plan before receiving services.

Because the State of Illinois, as well as the townships of Elk Grove and Schaumburg subsidizes our costs, people living in these two townships are charged on a sliding scale fee according to what you can afford, and if you have insurance. We will also work with your private and/or government insurance including Medicaid and Medicare.
